Happy Birthday, Meredith!

This year, the weekend of December the 9th, 10th and 11th marks the 21st birthday of Meredith Music Festival. Nothing says Happy 21st quite like a wild weekend of live music, sun (most probably rain), friends, and that melancholy feeling you get after the celebrations are over.

Often in the lead up to the weekend, our mind becomes clouded with the following thoughts:

- How can I look like Alexa Chung in time for the weekend?

- What if it rains and my hair looks more like Rick James than Chloe Sevigny?

- Don't forget to transfer all your $2.90 wine into hip flasks

Let's face it these are very valid issues for most of us, but this year in particular our focus should be on the AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING line up. Words can't explain how epic it is going to be with the likes of Grinderman, Kurt Vile, Mudhoney (Happy 21st indeed), Cut Copy, Explosions in the Sky, Ladyhawke and Icehouse gracing the stage. If anything gets you thinking about the past, it's a milestone birthday. So in preparation for Meredith's celebrations, we've decided to pay homage to everything a festival has to offer us....

Now that respect is paid to the past, get ready for the future by taking a look at this video. If you're not in love with Kurt Vile already, you will be after Meredith (or this video).
